Description
We’re looking for a driven, creative, and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist / Manager to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing initiatives that expand brand visibility, drive qualified traffic, and support revenue growth. This role will focus on optimizing digital performance across SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing, using data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve campaigns.

Job responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business and growth objectives.
- Define and track SEO KPIs, including traffic, impressions, clicks, rankings, and conversion rates.
- Create and maintain an SEO task checklist focused on high-impact optimizations.
- Develop keyword research, content consolidation, and optimization plans to reduce cannibalization and improve authority.
- Implement URL cleanup strategies and stay informed on search engine algorithm updates, including AI-driven changes.
- Monitor performance using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and provide actionable insights.
Content Marketing & Social Media
- Plan and execute content strategies across blogs, landing pages, websites, and social media channels.
- Build content campaigns that tell a compelling brand story and attract qualified leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams or external contributors to produce high-quality, SEO-aligned content.
- Ensure consistency of messaging, tone, and brand voice across all digital channels.
PPC & Paid Social Campaigns
- Develop, manage, and optimize PPC and paid social campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-intent opportunities.
- Implement A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and creative elements to improve performance.
- Optimize high-intent and conversion-focused pages to increase rankings and conversion rates.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
- Translate data into insights that improve strategy, campaign execution, and user experience.
- Monitor ROI, conversion rates, and funnel performance across channels.
Client & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Design, Content) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Collaborate with external partners, media outlets, or industry influencers to amplify reach and visibility.
- Communicate progress, results, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience across SEO, PPC, and social media.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Proficiency with SEO and PPC tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent project management skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Curious, adaptable, and motivated by continuous learning and experimentation.
