Description
We’re looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist / Performance Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across major platforms. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling paid media strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, experimenting with new ideas, leveraging automation and AI tools, and collaborating closely with teammates to continuously improve campaign performance.

Job responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Analyze multi-channel performance data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
- Manage and optimize product and data feeds to improve campaign efficiency and results.
- Collaborate closely with the Paid Media and Marketing teams to implement campaign briefs and strategies.
- Contribute to media planning, budgeting, and campaign strategy discussions.
- Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, improve optimization processes, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct ongoing testing and experimentation across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Monitor pacing, performance, and spend to ensure campaigns remain on track and aligned with objectives.
- Communicate performance insights, recommendations, and results clearly to internal stakeholders and, when applicable, clients.
- Document learnings, best practices, and optimization frameworks for continuous improvement.

Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads (required).
- Bonus points for experience with Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads, or other paid channels.
- Proven track record of driving strong performance, growth, and ROI through paid media campaigns.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills—you don’t just review data, you interpret and act on it.
- High attention to detail with a habit of double-checking work and campaign setups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with or hands-on experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and performance.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with comfort sharing ideas and solving problems as part of a team.
- Strong desire to learn, upskill, and stay current with evolving platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads Scripts, or a willingness to learn and experiment with automation.
- Previous agency experience is a strong advantage.
