Description
We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Account Executive to manage and grow client accounts while identifying new business opportunities. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, owning the sales cycle from relationship building through negotiation and close, while partnering closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, strategic account planning, and working cross-functionally to drive long-term revenue growth.

Job responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Develop a deep understanding of client business goals, challenges, and success metrics.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and tailored solutions.
Sales Growth & Account Expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and with prospective clients.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities.
- Manage a healthy sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
Account Planning & Strategy
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with client objectives and company goals.
- Monitor account performance and adjust strategies based on data, feedback, and evolving client needs.
Negotiation & Deal Management
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal development.
- Close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term client success.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Support to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Coordinate internal resources to support client initiatives and renewals.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track, analyze, and report on account performance, pipeline health, and revenue metrics.
- Use data insights to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales or account management role.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and client relationship management processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
3+ years of experience in a relevant sales, industry, or customer-facing role (flexible based on company needs).
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
