We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR) with a strong passion for outbound prospecting and cold calling. This is a frontline role focused on initiating conversations, qualifying prospects, and generating qualified meetings.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on high-volume outreach, enjoys live conversations, and understands how to quickly build rapport and spark interest with decision-makers.

Job responsibilities

- Make a high volume of outbound cold calls daily to business decision-makers.
- Engage prospects in professional, value-driven conversations and clearly articulate core offerings.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Manage call lists, outreach sequences, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Accurately log call activity, notes, and outcomes in CRM systems.
- Quickly learn client offerings, target audiences, value propositions, and talk tracks.
- Handle objections confidently while maintaining a positive and consultative tone.
- Provide structured feedback and insights on call outcomes to improve messaging and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and qualification criteria.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in cold calling, outbound SDR, or BDR roles (required).
- Proven success in appointment setting, lead generation, or B2B outbound prospecting.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confident, professional phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly coachable, intellectually curious, and able to learn new industries and offerings quickly.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently in a performance-driven, remote environment.
- Experience with CRM platforms and dialer tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, or similar (preferred).
- Resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent activity levels.
