Our client is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success / Customer Support Specialist to join their growing team. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of the customer experience, helping users get the most value from our product or service, resolving issues quickly, and building long-term customer trust.

This is a great opportunity for a people person who enjoys helping customers, problem-solving, working with technology, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve the overall customer journey.

Job responsibilities

-Provide timely, professional customer support via email, phone, and live chat.
-Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
-Deliver hands-on product and platform support, including troubleshooting and usage guidance.
-Support new user onboarding, engaging with leads and customers to ensure a smooth start.
-Create, update, and maintain Help Center / knowledge base content such as FAQs and how-to articles.
-Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Product, Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve the customer experience.
-Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process or product improvement.

Requirements

-Native-level English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
-Proactive, reliable team player with a strong sense of ownership.
-Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools, platforms, and customer support systems.
-Fast learner who adapts quickly to new products and processes.
-Prior customer service, customer success, or customer-facing experience is a strong plus.

  • 8am to 5pm - South Africa Time
  • 8am to 5pm UK Time
  • 8am to 5pm US Pacific Time
  • 8am to 5pm US East Coast Time
