We’re looking for an experienced and people-driven Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring processes across a variety of roles. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of recruitment pipelines, partner closely with hiring managers, and play a key role in shaping a positive candidate experience from first touch to onboarding.

This is an ideal role for someone who genuinely loves recruitment, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys working with global, distributed teams.

Job responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles, with full hands-on ownership from sourcing to offer stage.
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and additional creative sourcing channels.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team goals.
- Manage recruitment processes remotely and across time zones, collaborating with global stakeholders.
- Provide hiring managers with market insights, talent availability, and hiring recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Actively support and contribute to employer branding initiatives, both internally and externally.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Track recruitment metrics, pipelines, and progress to ensure timely and efficient hiring.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required).
- Proven experience working fully remotely and collaborating with global teams (preferred).
- Background in a recruitment agency or a fast-paced, dynamic company (preferred).
- Strong sourcing capabilities with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools (required).
- A true people-person with outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a high-volume, fast-paced workload.
- Experience recruiting for US and/or UK or EU roles is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (a plus).
- Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
- Passion for recruitment and a desire to grow long-term in the talent acquisition field.
