Description
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth within an assigned territory or account base, and serving as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales lifecycle.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, working toward clear revenue goals, and balancing outbound sales activity with exceptional customer service.

Job responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts or territories.
- Build and maintain long-term, positive relationships with customers and prospects.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding assigned sales and activity targets.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer accounts, key contacts, and buying patterns.
- Make a minimum of 30 outbound calls per day to engage existing customers and prospects.
- Create and send targeted email campaigns and promotional outreach on a weekly or biweekly basis.
- Respond to customer emails and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Handle inbound customer calls and support requests with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Become a subject matter expert on company products, pricing, and service offerings.
- Provide proactive and reactive product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
- Create and deliver virtual product or solution presentations to customers.
- Follow up on all leads, opportunities, sample requests, and open projects.
- Accurately update and manage customer data, activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex challenges when needed.
- Provide backup support to teammates and collaborate closely with sales and operations teams.

- 2+ years of experience in inside sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of delivering customer-centric sales solutions.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
